iPadtop

I like using my iPad on the go. If I’m going into town for the afternoon then I don’t want to lug my 16" laptop in a big bag, I prefer my over the shoulder sling with just a couple of things to keep it as light as possible. To that end I finally saved up and got the Magic Keyboard case for my model. It has effectively transformed my iPad into a laptop, right down to the track pad and better cursor support in iPadOS 26 (I’m currently running developer beta 4).

I wanted to try developing my site a bit on the iPad and I can do via Remote Tunnels in vscode.dev but I have no way to view my changes live on site as the hugo process is running on a remote machine on localhost. I suppose I could serve the localhost via my VPN and access it that way but having a way to run the process and editor without an internet connection locally on the iPad would preferable.
